Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of TipoffLab DFS (the “service”), operated by Saha Sales Inc under the TipoffLab name (the “operator”). By creating an account or signing in you agree to them.
Free beta
Access is by invitation and is free. The service is a beta: it may change, be interrupted or end at any time, and features may break or be removed without notice.
If paid plans are introduced later, the price and billing terms will be shown to you before you are ever charged, and nothing is charged without your agreement. Beta accounts are not converted to paid plans automatically.
Accounts
You need an invite link to create an account. Give a real email address you can receive mail at; it is used for sign-in help such as password resets. One account per person.
Your account is personal to you. Do not share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account. The operator may suspend or remove access at any time.
Not advice, no guarantee
Projections, ownership estimates and lineups are model estimates, provided for information and entertainment. Daily fantasy contests involve risk, and you can lose the entry fees you pay.
Nothing here is financial, investment or betting advice. You are solely responsible for your contest entries, for following DraftKings’ rules, and for following the laws that apply where you live.
Eligibility
You must meet your state’s minimum age for paid fantasy contests (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on where you live) and be located where those contests are legal. Do not use the service if either is not true for you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy in bulk, resell or redistribute the projections or other outputs;
- attempt to bypass or test access controls, or to reach data that is not yours;
- use the service in a way that degrades it for others, such as automated or excessive requests.
Third parties
The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, the NBA, or any NBA team. Team and player names belong to their owners. Data comes from third-party providers and may be late, incomplete or wrong.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including contest entry fees and lost winnings.
Changes
These terms may be updated. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
